Alright, so this is it. My shiny new blog space. Created for the sole purpose of venting my days bland events and frustrations.

There is nothing worse than going to teach a class on Communist China and a) being hungover, b) not knowing anything useful about Communist China, and c) running out of discussion questions and lecture notes 1/3 of the way through and winging it, given a) and b). What a morning. Also, thought I was teaching from 9:30-10:30 and then again from 10:30-11:30. 10:45 roles around and not a single person has shown up for the second class (out of 13) prompting me to walk all around the BAC looking for a group of 13 lost first year poli sci students. Fruitless search that ends in me angrily going back to my office and finding out that I never did have to teach that class in the first place. Sigh.

Things looked up when I realized there were three new GG episodes I hadn’t seen yet. GG has got to be one of my greater weaknesses…not sure why. I used to have a thing for Lorali but that’s gone now…I think it’s just a comfort thing at this point. Anyways, watched all of those back to back instead of spacing or saving until done thesis work..wasted 3 hours. Came home to clean stupid apartment only to find out that the litterbox has sprung a leak….not pleasant.

But now, am full of delicious red thai veggie curry (am getting better at not killing myself with spice) and am writing on my shiny new blog site so all is well. Am getting tired though so off I leave you with this meme:
