To cheer myself up from my ultra depressing UN readings, I decided to make scones. Now granted, I did substitute the soy milk with lactaid milk and the artifical sweetner with real sugar (it was a vegan recipe). But these ingredients aren’t THAT different from each other. So how did my poor scones turn into pancakes in the oven? English scone recipe my ass. At least they were yummy.
